It can help to focus minds on reducing the amount of waste which is sent to landfill by actually reducing, reusing and recycling.
Kids can learn with support, that lots of household, school and office items including gadgets can be recycled. Actually showing them how much recycling means to you will stay with them. “Kids really soak up knowledge, habits and choices much quicker than adults and they keep it with them throughout life. Taking part or arranging events such as Green Flag Day at school or in the local community can assist active learning and reinforce the recycling concept.
